Disgruntled Sealand

I did drawing to give people an idea of what I'd be dressing up as for Ikkicon (an anime convention) in 2010. Note the corn cob pipe and the scruffy facial hair. Sealand has been through some hard times indeed.

For the costume, I will wear a mini fog machine and run a tube up the back into the hat. I will also wear makup giving the appearance of a sick/hungover look. I will have a flask, corn cob pipe and be selling myself to people for a small fee.
